WALTON, Ky.- The Lady Bearcats grab its fourth game in a row to a scrappy Lexington Catholic team. Molly Clinkenbeard led all scoring with 13 points. LexCath hit 10 3-pointers in the loss.
WALTON, Ky.-NewCath's losing streak was extended to four Wednesday night when Walton-Verona's Michele Judy and Courtney Sandlin combine for 49 points. This was Sandlin's first full game after being out with a broken wrist.
INDEPENDENCE, Ky.-Simon Kenton senior guard,Andrew Sampson, was honored before the game for scoring his 1,000th career point during a tournament in December. He had scored 15 of his 29 on Friday in the first quarter.
DRY RIDGE, Ky.-Beechwood took Grant County to the wire Wednesday night. In Overtime, Braves junior guard Logan Cummins scored six straight points to avert Tigers attack.
FLORENCE, Ky.- Boone County stopped the Pioneers 13 game winning trek exactly one month to the day that it started. SK's Bosse led all scoring with 17. BC's Switzer had 16.
DRY RIDGE, Ky.-Braves earn number one seed in KHSAA 32nd District post season tournament by sweeping Simon Kenton Pioneers. GC's Cummins drained 16 points and grabbed nine boards, while three SK players each scored 10 points.
PARK HILLS, Ky.-SK's Cook had 20 points, and NDA's Olivia Voskul grabbed a double-double. The game went came down to free throws in the final moments.
WILLIAMSTOWN, Ky.- From the tip off, Walton-Verona pushed up and down the floor with a tenacious defense and a well spaced transition offense, for a 10-0 run. It was a lead it kept late into the fourth quarter.
WILLIAMSTOWN, Ky.- Braves defeat Demons to stay undefeated (4-0) in KHSAA District 32. Demons David Jump led all scoring with 21 points by draining five three-pointers.
VILLA HILLS, Ky.- The GC Braves streaked out to a 14-0 lead in the opening minutes of the game on Saturday. Tyler Carr earned a double-double with 21 points and 10 boards. VMA mounted a comeback in the middle of the fourth quarter, but GC held-on to improve to 14-4.
NEWPORT, Ky.-Lloyd scored more points in the first half than Ludlow could muster for the entire game. The Juggs Shelby Rudd led all scoring with 20.
NEWPORT, Ky.- Fifty-one free throws were attempted between Newport Catholic and Holy Cross. NewCath hit 30 of 49. NCC's Kiernan scores 23, HC's Beal led all scoring with 27.
TAYLOR MILL, Ky.- The Simon Kenton Pioneers ground the Scott Eagles to earn its tenth straight win with Bosse and Owings reaching double-doubles.
INDEPENDENCE, Ky.- Paige Bosse led the Lady Pioneers with 14 points. Eleven of her teammates put points on the board early and often to take command of the visiting Lady Colonels.
WALTON, Ky.-Bearcats Sandlin was perfect from the line on her way to score 22 points to lift team past visiting Bulldogs.
WILLIAMSTOWN, Ky.-Harrison County won its first game of the season with free throw shooting and strong play in the paint. The Fillies' Doram scored 25 points and Ingram drains 11 free throws of her 15.
OWENTON, Ky.- Four Lady Rebels reach double digit scoring to blow out the Switzerland County, Ind. Lady Pacers in an interstate game.
DRY RIDGE, Ky.-Two Ryle players grab a double-double to beat Grant County by six. The Braves were out rebounded 48-33. Tyler Carr led all scoring with 29 points.
INDEPENDENCE, Ky.- Fouls and free throws knocked Pioneers of path to victory. Grant County junior, Tyler Carr, scores season high 41 points in vicotry. Braves stay undefeated at 5-0 and 2-0 in KHSAA District 32.
DRY RIDGE, Ky.-Grant County's Austin Anglin leads team in scoring off of the bench. The Braves created opportunities on defense intense play, and excelled during transitions with spacing execution.
DRY RIDGE, Ky.- Shawnee won the tip-off, but Grant County stole the ball and ran up nine straight points and never looked back. The Braves dominated the Shawnee Golden Eagles, from Louisville, with a sparky full court press, well timed steals, and a strong offense.
WILLIAMSTOWN, Ky.-Owen County came out strong and fast against the hosting Williamstown Demons, on Thursday night, by limiting the home team to eight 12 points in the first half, and did not allow one field goal in the second period.
WILLIAMSTOWN, Ky.-Four of the eight Lady Demons scored in double digits in the 28 point victory. The home team started all freshman to win its second season opener in a row.
